Navigating to Your Pages

How to find any page through Pages > All Pages, using search and filters.

3 min

Before you can edit a page, you need to find it. WordPress gives you a few ways to do that, and this guide walks you through each one.

Method 1: Pages > All Pages

  1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard at yourdomain.com/wp-admin.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Pages.
  3. Click All Pages.
  4. You’ll see a list of every page on the site.
  5. Hover over the page title to reveal action links: Edit, Quick Edit, Trash, and View.
  6. Click Edit to open the page in BeaverBuilder (for BeaverBuilder-built pages) or the WordPress editor.

Method 2: Search for a Page by Name

  1. Go to Pages > All Pages.
  2. Use the Search Pages box in the top right corner.
  3. Type part of the page name and press Enter.
  4. The list will filter to matching results.

Method 3: Filter by Status

At the top of the All Pages screen, you’ll see tabs: All, Published, Drafts, Trash. Click any tab to filter the list to pages with that status.

Method 4: From the Frontend (Quickest)

  1. Visit the live page on the frontend of your website.
  2. If you’re logged in, you’ll see a black admin bar at the top of every page.
  3. Click Edit Page or Edit with Beaver Builder in the admin bar.
  4. This drops you directly into the editor for that page.

💡 Tip: The frontend method (Method 4) is usually the fastest. Browse to the page you want to edit, then click Edit with Beaver Builder from the top bar — no searching required.
