How to Use the Button and Button Group Modules in BeaverBuilder

Learn how to add and customize single buttons or groups of buttons in BeaverBuilder to create clear calls-to-action.

Buttons are one of the most important tools on your website. They guide visitors to take action, such as Registering, Donating, or Contacting your organization. BeaverBuilder provides two options: the Button Module for a single call-to-action and the Button Group Module for multiple buttons displayed together.

Step 1: Open Your Page in BeaverBuilder

  1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the page you want to edit.

  3. Click Beaver Builder to launch the visual editor.

Step 2: Add a Button Module

  1. Click the plus (+) icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Search for Button and drag the Button Module onto your page.

  3. In the settings panel, customize:

    • Text – Add your label (e.g., “Register Now”).

    • Link – Paste the URL (internal page, registration link, or external site).

    • Target – Choose Open in New Window for external links.

Step 3: Style Your Button

  1. Go to the Style tab.

  2. Adjust the color, size, alignment, and font.

  3. Use consistent button styles across your site for a professional look.

Step 4: Add a Button Group Module (for Multiple Buttons)

  1. From the modules panel, drag in the Button Group Module.

  2. By default, you’ll see two buttons side by side.

  3. For each button, customize:

    • Text – Example: “Schedule,” “Donate,” “Contact.”

    • Link – Add the correct URL for each action.

  4. Add or remove buttons as needed.

Step 5: Style the Button Group

  1. Use the Style tab to make all buttons consistent.

  2. Choose horizontal (side by side) or vertical (stacked) layout.

  3. Adjust spacing between buttons for balance.

Step 6: Save and Publish

  1. Click Save in the module settings.

  2. In the top-right, click Done > Publish.

Best Practices for Buttons

  • Use clear, action-oriented text (“Register Now,” “Donate Today”).

  • Place buttons in visible spots like page headers or section breaks.

  • Use one primary button per page to avoid overwhelming users.

  • Keep button colors consistent with your site branding.
