Your website has a central location where you can manage important details like your logo, contact information, and social media links. Updating these in one place ensures the changes appear everywhere they’re used on your site.

Step 1: Access Partner Settings

  1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.

  2. In the left-hand menu, click Settings.

  3. Select Partner Settings.

Step 2: Update Your Logo

  • Click the upload/select button to add a new logo image.

  • Choose a properly sized and optimized file (see Image Optimization Guide for tips).

Step 3: Update Contact Details

  • Email Address: Add the address where you want form notifications to be sent.

  • Telephone Number: Enter your main contact number.

  • Address: Add or update your physical address.

Step 4: Add Social Media Links

  • Enter the full URLs to your organization’s Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), or other social profiles.

  • These will automatically update wherever social icons are displayed on your site.

Step 5: Update Your Membership Portal Link

  • Paste the login link for your LeagueApps membership portal.

  • This will update site-wide, ensuring visitors always have the correct access point.

Step 6: Save Changes

  • Scroll to the bottom of the Partner Settings page and click Save Changes.

  • All updates will appear automatically wherever these elements are used across your site.

Why This Matters

By using Partner Settings, you only have to update these details once—they’re applied site-wide. This saves time and ensures accuracy across all pages.
