A new season is the perfect time to refresh your website. Use this checklist to make sure your site is updated, accurate, and ready for players, families, and coaches.

Step 1: Update Program Information

  • Add new season schedules (games, practices, events).
  • Update registration links and deadlines.
  • Double-check fees and pricing are correct.
  • Archive or remove outdated programs.

Step 2: Refresh Teams, Staff, and Rosters

  • Update team pages with the correct season (e.g., Spring 2025).
  • Add or edit coaches/staff profiles (photos, bios, contact info).
  • Remove old staff or players who are no longer active.

Step 3: Update Commitments & Achievements

  • Add new college commitments using the Commitments custom post type.
  • Highlight recent achievements or tournament wins.

Step 4: Review Media & Graphics

  • Update homepage banners or hero images with new season visuals.
  • Replace old photos with fresh ones from recent events.
  • Check that all logos, sponsors, and partner graphics are current.
