- Drag the Video Module onto your page where you want the video to appear.
Step 4: Embed the Video
- In the Video Module settings, choose Embed.
- Paste your YouTube or Vimeo URL into the Video URL field.
- The video preview will appear immediately in the editor.
Step 5: Customize the Display
- Adjust video alignment (center, left, right).
- Set a thumbnail image (optional).
- Configure play options (autoplay, loop, mute).
- For responsiveness, keep the default “Fit to Container” option so it looks good on mobile.
Step 6: Save and Publish
- Click Save on the Video Module.
- In the top-right corner, click Done > Publish.
Your video is now live on the page.
Best Practices
- Keep videos short and focused (under 2–3 minutes for announcements).
- Use YouTube or Vimeo hosting—don’t upload large video files directly to WordPress (they slow down your site).
- Place videos near related content (e.g., a highlight reel on a program page).
- Always test the video on mobile to confirm it displays correctly.
